| Individual Parcels Insurance Information |
All parcels are insured in case of loss or theft. Insured amount is paid to the Sender in case of non-delivery or significant parcel weight loss. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We are not responsible for damage of parcel contents due to improper packaging.
Parcels must not contain liquids in glass or plastic containers, paints or acids and specifically batteries.
Individual parcels to Poland are automatically insured for up to $2 (sea) or $5 (air) per pound but no more than $200. For additional $1 the parcel can be insured to full $200 without weight limit. Example: 38 Lb parcel is insured for $76.00. For $1 extra fee, this parcel is insured for $200.00. Parcels with an insurance amount over $200.00 must be packaged in presence of an authorized agent.
